Often referred to as the life of the party, David has lived up to his name from behind the turntables. He’s a high-energy, eclectic, and charismatic DJ, whose personality lights up a room as much as his sets do. His knack for reading the crowd, coupled with his exceptional mixing skills, are the perfect combination for turning your dream event into reality.

David started DJing out of necessity. His cousin had given him her DJ equipment, and as a financially-struggling college student, he began DJing to stay afloat. His DJ career quickly blossomed as he had DJ’ed over 30 events within just his first year, and that was just the beginning.

Since then, he’s graduated from New York University with a degree in physics, works 9-5 as a Senior Tech Consultant, and has DJ’ed hundreds of events across the Tri-State area (weddings, graduations, birthday parties, nightclubs, corporate events, fashion shows and more).

From Kpop to Salsa, Bollywood to Funkeiro, Reggaeton to Dancehall, he is a true open-format DJ whose Caribbean and Latin roots only add fuel to the fire. And don’t let his youth fool you; some of his friends call him Unc (short for Uncle) because of his unwavering adoration for music from before his time.

David prides himself on his client collaboration. Someone with the natural inclination to go the extra mile, he spends countless hours preparing flawless sets for each event he DJs. Events aren’t always easy to plan, but with David on the 1s and 2s you will find comfort in knowing that the music for the night will be perfect.

Fun Fact: David was invited to play for the Guyanese National Soccer Team, and one of his weddings was recently featured in the New York Times!
