Brian McCarron DJed our wedding this past October. From the moment we started working with him all through the very end of the evening Brian was absolutely incredible. He let us have as much or as little say in the music on our wedding day as possible. He checked in with us regularly during planning to make for a smooth day of. We received compliments all night long and are still receiving them in the weeks after the wedding on how amazing the music was all night. Brian went as far as to console and entertain my screaming two year old during our ceremony so that she wasn’t distracting. He is such a wonderful DJ and an even better human being. We are so grateful to have had him be a part of our day and we will enthusiastically recommend him and BeatTrain to anyone we know who needs DJ services.
All I can say is WOW! Brian absolutely killed it at my wedding! Beat train was great to work with as well, working with us to make sure the entertainment experience was top notch! Communications with Brian before the wedding were smooth and easy. Felt like I was talking to one of my old time buddies and we were able to come up with a great game plan. When wedding day came he was prompt and set up quickly. Brian/beat train have great equipment. We used him for the ceremony and his speaker and microphone set up was perfect for projecting our vows to everyone in the crowd. Then as far as the reception goes… On Point! Brian was our DJ for our wedding and he absolutely crushed it! Throughout the whole process, Brian was extremely thoughtful, communicative and professional! He made the whole process seem so easy and we could not be happier that he DJ’d our wedding. The dance floor was packed all night and people are still talking about how amazing the music was! I even saw people on the dance floor that never dance at weddings- I think that says it all!! We would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a wedding DJ without hesitation!
Brian was SO professional but he was one of my favorite vendors of all because he was just cool! He was fun and enjoyed being in on and helping me surprise my husband with a second wedding dress/surprise wedding dress change right before the cake cutting. He has a buddy vibe which is a great when you’re dealing with a lot of vendors you don’t know during the whole process and on the big day. If we ever need a DJ again I’m not even looking around ~ we would obviously rehire Brian! Everyone we spoke to within this company was just super professional and Brian was the best fit for us!
We had a very specific style we wanted for our wedding music and Brian absolutely nailed it! The whole planning process was very simple and low stress. He did a great job playing out the songs we really wanted to hear and timing them well when more people were on the dance floor. It was also awesome to see how he kept the same vibe going when there weren’t as many people dancing. He truly got to know our musical taste and complimented it with his selection at those not so busy points throughout the night. Brian from Beat Train Productions was the DJ for our wedding last month, and he was everything you would want in someone who is controlling your entertainment! He was professional, patient, and had the perfect taste when it came to making the dance floor come alive, which was the reason I saw my Dad dance for the first time ever haha. Brian kept in constant communication with us until the night before the wedding to ensure everything was going as planned, and he was also more than accommodating when we had to make some changes last second. We worked with DJ Brian for our wedding on 9/17/21. He was extremely responsive from the get go. He worked very closely with us through the whole planning process and listened to our wishes and requests! He even made us a mix for our first dance which was absolutely perfect and everybody loved! The music for the whole reception was exactly what we wanted. He had people on the dance floor all night. Our friends loved the music so much they even asked for the playlist after the wedding. I had Brian Dj an event for friends and family. He was prompt and very easy to work with. I gave him little instruction and he knew exactly how to handle it. He exceeded expectations all night. There was music for every person there. The vibe was great. There was not a single lull in the whole set. Everybody was dancing. I will definitely be hiring him again for our next event.
We hired Brian for an outdoor event. He was referred to us by a mutual friend. It was very easy to communicate with him and his response time was great. We wanted a casual, down tempo playlist so people could talk and mingle and he absolutely nailed it. The music wasn’t too heavy and it kept people socializing. It was an all around great atmosphere and we cannot recommend him enough
I was having a house party and needed someone who could control the environment. I wanted the night to be fun and upbeat. Brian fit the role perfectly. He kept up the party moral and it turned into a giant dance party. He played a well balanced set of classic tracks and remixes that kept the party going all night. As the host, it is such a weight off your shoulders when you don’t have to worry about the music or sound system. The confidence I have in Brian is an all time high. Would recommend.

Throughout the process, our DJ Brian was incredibly easy to work and communicate with and was able to accommodate all our requests (including politely declining some family member’s desires to give impromptu toasts). On the day of the wedding Brian made sure to check in with us several times throughout the night to make sure everything was continuing to go as planned. Brian did a fantastic job making the soundtrack to our wedding day perfectly suited to what we wanted! He did the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception—we had different genres for each and he blended them together perfectly. He kept the dance floor packed and made it such a fun night! He was also great at making a few announcements but did not get mic happy at all!

We hired Brian to DJ our wedding through Beat Train. He was great to work with from start to finish. He was really easy to talk to and prepared and really hit what we were going for. Beat Train is an amazing and unique company. Instead of searching for individual DJs out in the wild, they have a selection of them that can meet your personal tastes. They ask you what your music tastes and party vibes are and they will match you with a few options. We selected Brian McCarron as our DJ and we could not have been happier. Brian was friendly and had video calls with us a few times before our event. He is extremely talented and has quite a few varied mixes for you to sample from. Brian totally understood what we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail, and dinner hour. For the party portion, we let him have more freedom to his selections, just with a few inspiration genres. He blew us all away. That is one of the funnest dance parties we’ve ever had, and we’re not just saying that because it was our wedding. We also added the lighting package which added more to the ambience as well. In addition to Brian’s talents, his kindness and friendliness went above and beyond all. Thank you Brian!

Brian McCarron was amazing! The music was perfect at every point in the night. The microphones always worked flawlessly in the different locations he set up. Our dance floor was packed. Brian announced what he needed to on the mic and kept the night moving but was never taking too much time/attention. He was an amazing DJ. I highly recommend him!
