I wanted to do something different for my 40th birthday so I rented out London’s quirkiest bar – a giant two story pub turned tiki palace. A friend recommended Minhee to me and WOW. She not only kept everyone dancing all night but she really leaned into the bar’s unique atmosphere and made it a party for the ages!
I hired Minhee to DJ my wedding afterparty. Both my husband and I work in music and so do most of our friends…and I am a DJ myself, so the pressure was really on! Minhee was so great to work with and really listened to my very exacting requirements when putting together her sets for the night. I was a very happy bride! It was amazing to see everyone having the time of their lives and letting loose on the dancefloor.
I was throwing a press event and needed a DJ who could find a way to loosen up a pretty stiff crowd and not make the evening feel too corporate. I told Minhee their relative ages and also what kind of music we wanted to associate with our company’s image and I don’t know how she did it but she managed to make a relatively safe and retro set list really pop! People stayed longer than I anticipated and Minhee was very accommodating and kept the party going another hour longer which was hugely appreciated.
