What does your setup look like?

We know you’ve worked hard to curate that magazine-ready look for your big day, so we want to ensure that we not only sound great, but also maintain a sleek and tidy station that matches your aesthetic. We always customize our audio setups to suit the acoustics and floor plan of your reception space, but here’s a diagram to give you a general idea of how your DJ’s main setup will look.


​Let’s Get Technical

Our starting DJ packages include high quality stereo powered speakers, a wireless handheld mic, and professional-grade mixing station, where your DJ will blend and cue your musical selections. We all use top-of-the line brands such as QSC, Pioneer, Sennheiser and Shure.

​Depending on your venue and floor plan, your DJ will typically place the speakers on sleek black stands on either side of their table, making sure to neatly wrap any cabling, and keep all surfaces tidy.

Do I need to upgrade my audio package?

​Our starting audio package is plenty powerful for crowds of up to 200 guests, but if you want to pack an extra punch, please reach out to our offices, and we can provide a custom quote.


​Need additional setups?

No problem! We can set up in as many spaces/rooms as you wish, both indoors and outdoors. As long as there is power, we come with everything needed to make your day sound spectacular. For three or more sound system setups, please inquire within for pricing.


👵 Should I seat my grandmother directly next to a speaker?

​We always strive to maintain conversation-friendly volume levels during dinner and cocktail hour, but if you are expecting any guests who may be more sensitive to noise, you may consider seating them at a table that is not directly adjacent to the DJ setup 🙂
