For my Glam Rock Stompers DJ Mix, I weaved together some classic glam rock tracks from the 70s (from the likes of David Bowie, The Sweet, and T-Rex), and mixed them with some deeper cuts from my collection, like “Motorboat” by Kim Fowley (also released under his “Jimmy wp-content” alias). Glam Rock was an amazing era in music history. This mix really just skims the surface. And for the purists out there, it’s safe to say that at least one or two of the songs in this mix might not be considered “Glam”, I’m hopeful that you’ll find that all the songs in this mix work together cohesively.
