We DJed a gorgeous Wythe Hotel wedding that was a Style Me Pretty Style feature! This was a wedding that looked like it came out of a New York fairy tale. From The Bride…Even before we got engaged, we both always dreamed of having a whimsical, vintage-inspired wedding. We wanted to create an atmosphere that was festive, not fussy, and the Wythe was the ideal venue. We chose Poppies and Posies for all florals because of their rustic, straight-from-the-garden aesthetic; we opted for a family-style menu to encourage friends and family to mingle and connect with others at their table. We had a pushcart stocked with mini ice cream sandwiches and paper cones with mini doughnut holes so guests could walk and eat and dance all at once. My favorite part of the day? Walking up behind Mike, the New York City skyline as our backdrop, and tapping him on the shoulder. It was our first look. And when he finally saw me for the first time, I thought he was about to plotz. It was the single most blissful moment of my life.
