I’m back

Once again, I’ve gotten quite busy and neglected my blog for a couple months…

Here’s what I’ve been up to…

In addition to my weekly DJ residency at Zuzu (which now alternates format every other week-first and third Thursdays are party jams, guilty pleasures, and one hit wonders for The Get Up Git Down and second and fourth Thursdays are Mambo Beat Club, with 60’s era soul, funk, latin, and garage rock), I’ve recently done weddings, corporate events, holiday parties (etc) at Boston Four Seasons, Springstep Medford, Red Lion Inn (Cohasset), Boston Harvard Club, Harvard Faculty Club in Cambridge, Duxbury Bay Maritime School, The Barns at Wesleyan Hills, Connecticut, and Le Meridien Cambridge.

Besides all my gigs, I recently moved to Jamaica Plain (no more roommates.  ever.), and also found time for a trip to Belgium and England, where I was able to check out some nightlife, buy some records, and visit my friend Eric.  I’ve also been developing a new website (more info to come soon), and as always, I spend a good portion of everyday discovering new (and old) music, and honing my dj skills.

Below is a flyer for my upcoming new year’s eve party at zuzu and also a few songs I’ve been digging lately, (they are highly compressed files for quick streaming-if you like the songs, you can buy them on itunes):
