Hello to all and hope the wedding planning is getting off to a great start this week! As I am organizing our wedding DJ events from now all the way through 2013, I decided to make a post on how important organization is for your wedding day.

I came across a very helpful Wedding Planning Document Gallery on Google Docs, that is open to the public and has tons of insightful document templates either for you to use or just to get some ideas on how to plan your wedding. These guides include a guest planner, music list, and a particularly helpful Wedding Vendor Tracker.

The wedding vendor tracker efficiently keeps track of contact info, payment amounts and due dates, and other details for bride/groom clothing, hair, makeup, flowers, music, photographer, hotel, and transportation and it covers the wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, and honeymoon. Even if you don’t use it, it is definitely a comprehensive and informing guide to all the things you might need. Hope it helps!
