Kevin DJ’d our wedding last month and absolutely rocked it! People are still talking about how great the music was. Honestly, it was the funnest dance floor I’ve seen at a wedding and I can’t tell you how proud and pleased we are that it was at ours. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. We met Kev one night a few weeks before the wedding and went over what type of music we wanted and the flow of the events. Then he showed up to the wedding an hour early, set everything up perfectly (mic, dj table, etc), was spot on with the announcements and musical transitions throughout the night. We booked Kev for our wedding and he was absolutely stellar. Our initial consultation with him helped guide us toward a seamless event tailored just for us. He was very friendly and asked lots of great questions that narrowed down our interests to develop the perfect playlist and was even able to make last minute changes the day of, which we really appreciated.

Kevin is one of our top DJs. He has a knack for gauging his crowd and seeing what record will keep the vibe or momentum going. You want to keep people guessing or anticipating what you’re going to do next and Kev is a master at that. He has such a vast knowledge and record collection, and impressed me from day one. On a professional level, he is just the best person to work with. Never an attitude, never a negative vibe… just an all around good guy. So I recommend Kev as a great DJ and awesome person to work with whole heartedly!
All our dealings with Beat Train (for our son’s barmitzvah in June 2018) from the photo booth, to the lighting, to the communication back and forth, and especially with DJ Kevin were top notch: all were professional, courteous, timely and super good at following up with any questions I had or to offer other options available. We worked mostly with DJ Kevin who’s laid-back, chill vibe helped keep us grounded and calm throughout the event. He was great at interweaving our son’s eclectic music tastes into his playlist and great at improvising when we asked to add live musicians for the hora.
