For the last 18 months I’ve been the resident DJ on Thursday Nights at Zuzu in Cambridge. Myself, and revolving guest DJ’s (DJ Wayne, DJ Vinny, DJ Brandie, Dr. Dinos, Br. Cleve, Professor Z, etc) spin a mix of obscure soul, r&b, and rock n roll nuggets from the 1950’s to 1970s. The name of the night is Mambo Beat Club, and every week a rowdy crowd flocks to Zuzu to bust a move to their favorite records.
